How does Bruges E-pass Saving Guarantee Work?

Bruges E-pass is designed to be a flexible and cost-effective alternative to buying individual tickets. We understand that travel plans don’t always go perfectly—you might feel tired, miss an attraction’s opening hours, arrive late for a guided tour, or simply decide to visit fewer places than expected. With Bruges E-pass, you remain in control and only pay for what you actually experience.

We calculate costs based solely on the standard gate prices of the attractions you actually visited, as listed on our Attractions page. If this total is lower than what you paid for your Bruges E-pass, we will refund the difference within 10 business days of receiving your request. Don’t forget; a €10 administration fee is deducted for each E-pass.
Please note: any reserved attractions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise they will be counted as used.

Your Bruges E-pass remains valid for activation up to one year from the date of purchase. If your plans change and you decide not to use the pass, you may cancel it without any penalty. Our policy allows full refunds on non-activated passes within one year of purchase.
