How you can activate your E-pass
1

Log in to your pass account and choose the dates you want to use. Don't forget the pass counts calendar days, not 24 hours. You activate your pass at first use by showing it to the counter staff or a guide. When you are admitted to a venue, attraction or a guided tour, then your E-pass is activated.

2
  • You can count days of your pass from activation day.
  • Bruges E-pass is available for 1, 2 and 3 days.
3

Your E-pass duration starts with your first use and is valid for the number of days that you chose. The pass counts in calendar days, not 24 hours for one day. So, for example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on Tuesday, it will be expired on Thursday at 23:59. The pass can be used only on consecutive days.

The Bruges E-pass includes 20+ top attractions and tours. You can visit or use as many included attractions, activities and tours as you want while you pass is valid. Keep in mind you can use every attraction, activity and tour only once.

How to use Bruges E-pass
Walk-in Attractions
Many of the attractions are walk-in. That means you don't need to make a reservation or visit at a specific time. Instead, during open hours, visit and show your E-pass (QR code) to the counter staff and get in.
Reservation Required
Some attractions must be reserved in advance. You need to make your reservation from your E-pass account, which is very easy to handle. The supplier will send you a confirmation and pick-up time (if there is pick-up service). When you enter the venue or pick-up service, just show your QR code to enter.
Audio guided Tours
There are some self-guided audio guide tours. You can check our audio guide page to see which attractions can be done by audio guide.
