Which pass should I choose?

It all depends on how long you’re staying in Bruges. If your visit is short, the 1-day E-pass will be perfect. For a longer stay, choose the 2-day or 3-day options to make the most of your trip — because the longer you stay, the more you save! 

Validity Of Pass

Can I upgrade / extend the validity of my pass after purchase?

Yes, absolutely!
If you purchase a 1-day pass and later decide to extend it to 2 or 3 days, you can simply contact our customer support team and pay the difference.
Just keep in mind:

  • Upgrades are only possible for active (non-expired) passes
  • The extra days must be consecutive with your original pass duration

Which pass should I purchase for my child?

It depends on your child's age and how long you plan to stay in Bruges. Children under 5 don’t need a pass, as it’s usually cheaper to pay their individual entry fees. We offer a Child Pass for children aged 5 to 12. The price reflects that some attractions are free for kids under 12. Children aged 12 and above will need an Adult Pass.

Are there any discounts for groups, seniors, or students?

Bruges E-pass is an excellent option for travelers to save money. Up to 50% in savings are yours. As your prices are the lowest we could possible get to, we only have an additional special price for children.If you have more than 10 travelers in your party, please contact us to discuss your options. How far in advance can I buy my pass?

The Bruges E-pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can buy it in advance and start managing your bookings anytime. Making a reservation doesn’t activate the pass — it only becomes active when you use it for the first time.

In which currency does Bruges E-pass charge?

All prices are listed in Euros (€). If you use a foreign credit card, your bank may convert the payment into your local currency.

No, each attraction can be visited only once with the Bruges E-pass.

Reservations

Do I need to make reservations before visiting the attractions?

Some attractions require a reservation. You can make these bookings through your E-pass Management Panel.

How can I see my reservations ?

The Bruges E-pass lets you manage everything yourself, easily and independently.

How can I get my tickets on reservation required attractions ?

You need to make your reservations through your E-pass Management Panel. Once completed, your ticket will be sent to your email or details will be in your mailbox.

Cancellation & Refund

In case I can’t come to Bruges, can I get my money back?

If your travel plans change and you haven’t used the pass yet, we can adjust the validity dates free of charge. Alternatively, we can extend your pass so it remains valid anytime within the next 12 months. If you don’t use your pass within 365 days, you’re eligible for a full refund upon request.

Can I get my money back if I can’t use my pass fully?

The Bruges E-pass helps you save money compared to buying individual tickets. But if it turns out that your total admission fees were less than the price of the pass, we’ll refund the difference — thanks to our Savings Guarantee. Whether you were too tired to visit more attractions, missed opening hours, or simply chose to visit fewer places, we’ve got you covered. We only calculate the standard entry prices of the attractions you actually visited, then deduct a €10 admin fee. If that total is lower than what you paid, we’ll refund the remaining amount within 4 business days of your request. Important: To count as unused, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

I will not come to Bruges. Can I give my pass to my friend?

Yes, you can. Just contact our customer service team, and they’ll update the pass holder information for you. Once it’s updated, your friend will be able to use the pass.

Yes, the Bruges E-pass is completely digital, so you can buy and start using it instantly. However, since some attractions and services require reservations, we recommend purchasing your pass in advance. Take a few minutes to browse and make your bookings ahead of time — so you can enjoy Bruges with peace of mind.

How do I activate my pass?

Your pass activates either when you log in and select your travel dates or automatically upon first use at any partner attraction or service.

How will I receive my pass?

After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away with instructions on how to download and activate your passes.

I have paid but have not received my confirmation email yet. What should I do?

Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received the email, feel free to contact our support team.

Can I use the confirmation email to enter attractions?

No, you’ll need to show either a digital or printed copy of your pass to enter the attractions. You can access your pass directly from your confirmation email.
